Book blurb:

In the fourth book, Maggie and Caleb must tie up all the loose ends of their lives and make a way to be together completely on their own. With everything that happened with and Maggie's father, she's almost reluctant to move on and move out. And now she must figure out all of this...stuff...with Haddock.

But of course, nothing can stay simple for the Jacobsons.

Enemies who were thought to be dissolved have decided to not go down so easily. And old flames come calling for more than just Maggie. Caleb is torn between leading his family and personal wants. Maggie is torn between Caleb and being the leader of their people. But neither will let what they need most to be pushed to the wayside. They are determined to make it all work, design a plan toward destiny, and make everything right again for themselves and their family.

And then there's a wedding...

My opinion:

This book was good. I did love the fact that the point of views switch between Caleb and Maggie which I found awesome! It brings a new dimension in the book and to be honest it made me appreciate way better!

Once again, we see Marcus Watson, so yeah, we still have the same enemy, but he is way subtler than before! Which makes it more interesting. That being said, we do see a lot of cute moment between all the new lovebirds! I wish we knew what Bish can do, as I can’t seem to remember if Mrs. Crane write it. I have to say, that I read the series in the matter of a week or so, so I tend to mix a little of them.

The 4 new couples all get married, and they have a “Honeymoon” but it isn’t as they wished. Some weird things happen, but they work it out. Plus, Maggie got to deal with her real father, even though she is not going to call him father, she recognizes him as he is. Jim finds out and is kind of okay with it. Which is great, as he helped to save them!

So yeah, I like the book, but it wasn’t my favorite. Still a great book to read! And almost the last where we see Maggie and Caleb as the main characters.
